We have a professional team of property managers and maintenance staff who are dedicated to ensuring that all of our properties are well-maintained at all times.

The first step is to submit an inquiry through our website. Once we have received your inquiry, one of our leasing agents will get in touch with you to schedule a viewing. If you decide to rent the property, we will require a signed lease agreement and payment of the security deposit and the first month's rent.

We have properties located in Makati, Taguig, and Pasig. We also have iX properties that are soon-to-rise in Quezon City and Makati.

Our rental prices begin from Php15,000 monthly.
